Video playback issues on your device or TV may be related to internet connectivity, browser issues or software updates. Here are common items we recommend addressing:
- Browsers. We recommend users use Safari, Firefox, or Chrome. Please make sure you are using one of these browsers if you are experiencing any playback issues.
- Updates. We recommend making sure your device and browsers are using the most up to date versions.
- Offline mode does not automatically save your progress for the next day. This will update when your app connects back to the internet.
