If you are reading this because you have received the wrong item, we deeply regret any inconvenience this has caused you. This is not what you should expect when ordering from us. We will do everything we can to get you taken care of and there will be no cost to you. When this happens, it is possible the carrier has misplaced your item and delivered you someone else's products or we incorrectly picked it. Below are the items we need from you to take care of you.

  • An image of the wrong item clearly showing the logo
  • An image of the shipping label attached to the box
  • An image of the box it was received in with any letterings or markings
